catered outings
We have three Beach Pavilions - St. John, St. Martin, St. Kitts (minimum of 100 required to book). If you book a beach pavilion, you are required to use one of our preferred caterers. You will be charged a $150 refundable security deposit and a $6.00 per person beach admission fee by Clayton County International Park. The beach fee includes your admission to the beach, pavilion rental, parking fees, adventure golf, beach volleyball and horseshoes. These fees are due when you book your event. In order to receive this special discount on beach admission, it is required that you book the exact number of attendees with the preferred caterer also. Menus and pricing for your event will be provided by our preferred caterers. Patrons are not permitted to bring alcoholic beverages into the park. They may be provided by our caterer. If you plan to purchase alcoholic beverages, you will need to select Divine Events as your caterer. At this time, Divine Events is our only caterer who is licensed to serve alcoholic beverages.

INDOOR EVENTS: Our Lakeview Events/VIP Complex is available for meetings, seminars, wedding receptions and special events. The bridal suite offers the bride and her attendants a private area to dress. It is available with the rental of Level 1. Food and beverage for any event held in this facility must be purchased from our preferred caterers.
Please call the Sales Office at 770-603-4005 for more information or to book an event. Our staff will be pleased to help you. We will begin booking for 2009 on October 1, 2008.
Please be advised that we have a NO REFUND policy. Once an event is booked, there are no refunds.
